Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi - Shimla or Chandigarh - Shimla

Arrive at Delhi or Chandigarh by (Air or Train). Meeting upon arrival at Delhi or Chandigarh airport / Railway Station and drive to Shimla. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Shimla

Have breakfast at the hotel, followed by morning half day city tour visiting Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu Temple. Afternoon free to stroll in the The Mall & The Ridge. Evening dinner and overnight stat at the hotel.

Day 3: Shimla - Manikaran - Manali (280 kms)

Breakfast at the hotel, then morning drive from Shimla to Manali en-route visiting Manikaran which has the World’s hottest Suplhur Spring Waters and is a holy place for Hindus & Sikhs. Continue drive to Kullu town visiting the famous Kullu Shawl Industry. Upon arrival check in at the hotel, then dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Manali

Breakfast at the hotel followed by morning local sightseeing tour of Manali. This historic town has many features of interest like the “Hadimba Temple”, built in 1553, also known as the Dhungri Temple. Also visit the Vashisht Hot Sulphur Springs, the Mountaineering Institute and Nehru Kund. Afternoon free for other leisure activities at your own pace. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Manali

Breakfast at the hotel followed by whole day excursion to Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass upto snow line (is closed on Tuesdays). If Rohtangpass closed due to heavy snow fall then can visit till snow point or Solang Valley which has Himachal’s best ski slopes. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Manali - McLeodganj(Dharamsala)

Breakfast at the hotel. Then morning drive from Manali to McLeodganj (Dharamsala) on the route visiting Palampur Tea Gardens. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: McLeodganj(Dharamsala)

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning local city tour of McLeodganj visiting Dal Lake, Church, Bhagsu Nag Temple and Tibetan Monastery, later excursion tour to Dharamsala and surrounding places. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8: McLeodganj - Pathankot(Chakki Bank)

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning drive from McLeodganj to Pathankot railway station to board train for onward destinations.
